All quotations are provided free of charge and without obligation. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated and are based on the information available at the time of inspection. Additional work identified once a job is underway will be discussed and agreed with you before proceeding.

We carry out all work with reasonable care and skill using suitably qualified personnel and quality materials. Timescales given are estimates and may be affected by weather and other factors outside our control.

Payment terms will be set out in your quotation or contract. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice.

Details of any workmanship or materials guarantees applicable to your project will be confirmed in writing. Guarantees do not cover damage caused by extreme weather, accidents, neglect or third-party interference.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability is limited to the value of the work carried out.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
